The two-week Festival d'Été de Québec closed with strong numbers. Top-tier acts played multiple stages on Grande-Allée and at Parc de la Francophonie. Organisers counted more number of visitors than ever before. Opening night had minor issues which might have become a larger problem. Wet weather caused headaches on a handful of days. Still, locals kept turning out despite the mess . A quick check after the event showed nearly all people were pleased with how it ran, even with the bumps along the way .
