Scientists have discovered a new primate in the Democratic Republic of Congo’s rainforest. The monkey has vivid orange lips and produces a frog‑like roar and pig-like snort. Researchers say the creature’s concealed fur helps it evade detection in dense vegetation. Fieldworkers described the animal as purposefully ‘hiding’ in plain sight across its habitat.
