New South Wales Blues announced a fresh squad for State of Origin Game 3 on Sunday with the series hanging in the balance.
Coach Nigel Daley cut centre Cam To'o and added wing Brenden Bostock.
The changes increase the tally to six omissions after the side lost its previous two matches.
Daley said the revisions were required to change the team's course.
Bostock will appear for the first time in the decider.
The squad also features returning veterans and younger talent as the Blues aim to reverse the series fortunes.
