Three Palestinians lost their lives on Friday due to fresh airstrikes carried out by Zionist forces in various parts of the Gaza Strip, violating the ceasefire that has been effective since October 10.
Medical sources cited by Wafa confirmed that the casualties occurred in separate bombings that targeted Khan Younis in southern Gaza and the city center of the Palestinian territory.
Additionally, overnight from Thursday to Friday, Zionist forces destroyed several homes east of Gaza and Khan Younis. Naval warships from the occupation also fired off the coast near Gaza City.
Apart from the bombardments on Gaza, the Zionist forces carried out deadly raids in the occupied West Bank, where one person was killed and another injured in Ramallah, Wafa reported.
"Since October 7, 2023, the ongoing genocidal aggression by the Zionist entity against the Gaza Strip has left 68,643 people dead and 170,655 wounded, mostly women and children," according to the latest figures by Palestinian health authorities.
The recent attacks by Zionist forces have resulted in multiple casualties and property destruction in Gaza and the West Bank, compounding the severe humanitarian toll since October 2023.
