Musician Tucker Pillsbury, better known as Role Model, has been entertaining fans with his playful act of introducing himself as other celebrities during live shows. Among the names he uses are Jacob Elordi, Sabrina Carpenter, and Kris Jenner, depending on the day.
Featured in PEOPLE’s Sexiest Man Alive issue, Role Model shared a humorous story about meeting the real Jacob Elordi during a dinner in Paris. The moment proved that the actor was familiar with the joke and took it in stride.
“I happened to be seated across from him and I walked in and he was like, ‘My twin, my brother,’ and we talked and caught up,”
Pillsbury added that Elordi was amused by a 2024 TikTok video showing him signing autographs in Central Park under Elordi’s name while having his portrait drawn by an artist.
“He was very cool and he was like, ‘The first thing I ever saw about you is you signing autographs in Central Park as me.’”
In that video, a woman approached Pillsbury, mistaking him for Elordi, and asked for his autograph. When she wondered what movie he had starred in, he simply replied, “Euphoria,” earning a delighted response from her.
Role Model met Jacob Elordi in Paris, where both shared laughs about the artist’s playful impersonations that had charmingly blurred the line between fan joke and celebrity camaraderie.
