Hostage Situation in Gaza
Bipin Joshi and Tamir Nimrodi, two hostages held in Gaza, were not included on the list of 20 living hostages to be released during the exchange of hostages between Hamas and Israel.
Neither Hamas nor Israel has released statements confirming their deaths. The two men were among 251 people kidnapped by Hamas during a terror attack on October 7, 2023, which also resulted in the deaths of around 1,200 Israelis.
