Mars Wrigley Launches Maltesers Mini Eggs for Easter 2026
Mars Wrigley is expanding its Easter 2026 lineup by introducing Maltesers Mini Eggs and a Milky Way Large Egg. The Maltesers Mini Eggs feature crunchy Maltesers pieces coated in smooth milk chocolate, designed to be “ideal for egg hunts, gifting and sharing,” according to the company.
The Milky Way Large Egg targets families and younger consumers, complementing the new additions. These products will be available widely starting January 2026.
- Galaxy Minstrels Mini Eggs, previously exclusive to Co-op, will also join the range.
- Twix White XL Egg, formerly exclusive to Tesco, will be part of the collection.
Mars Wrigley aims to meet the rising demand for small sharing formats and premium gifting options. The company noted a 2.2% increase in unit sales of chocolate gifting products in the 16 weeks ending April 19, 2025, compared to the prior year [NIQ].
“For Easter 2026, we’re expanding our portfolio with a lineup that combines flavour innovation and playful seasonal design,” said Steven Waters, Easter senior brand manager at Mars Wrigley.
“From the launch of new mini eggs, which tap into the growing small sharing segment… to the traditional occasion of gifting shell eggs to friends and family in the later part of the season, the Mars Wrigley Easter portfolio allows shoppers and consumers to partake in those key Easter rituals.”
