Jetstar (JQ) will start direct flights between Sunshine Coast Airport (MCY) and Bali’s Denpasar Airport (DPS) from 25 March 2026, with fares starting at $199. The route will operate three times weekly using Airbus A321LR aircraft, offering approximately 70,000 seats annually.
This new service enables Sunshine Coast travelers to access Bali’s beaches and cultural sites without needing to travel to Brisbane (BNE) for international flights. Flight duration will be about six hours each way.
Passengers can also enjoy onward connections to Singapore (SIN) through Denpasar, enhancing travel options in the region.
This route marks Jetstar’s first direct connection between Sunshine Coast and Bali, as well as the airline’s tenth route from Australia to Bali. It reinforces Jetstar's position as the largest carrier in South-East Queensland.
