Campbellsville Man Wins Second Kentucky Lottery Jackpot in 5 Months

Braxton Skaggs from Campbellsville, Kentucky, has won nearly $58,000 playing the Bluegrass Bucks Hot Hit Jackpots Instant Play game, just months after winning $30,000 on a different ticket.

Skaggs said he hadn’t played much since his last win until his mother won $3,000 playing online. A few days later, with only $150 left in his account, he wagered $5 and hit the jackpot.

"I was more excited about this one than I was the first one," Skaggs told lottery officials.

He plans to use the winnings to build his first home.
