U.S. Marshals Seek Public Help in Kansas Case

Seward County, Kansas — The U.S. Marshals Service is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a man wanted on multiple child sex crime charges in Kansas. Authorities are offering up to $5,000 for information leading to his arrest.

Fugitive Details

According to the Marshals, the suspect — identified as Luis Angel Aguilar-Urbina, 31 — is accused of aggravated indecent liberties with a child and aggravated criminal sodomy. Officials stated that Aguilar-Urbina is in the United States illegally.

"This individual poses a danger to the community, and we are committed to bringing him into custody," said a U.S. Marshals representative.

Aguilar-Urbina was last seen in the Liberal area of southwest Kansas. Federal and local officers believe he may still be in the region or could have fled to nearby states.
