Lockheed Martin Unveils New Black Hawk Cargo Drone
Lockheed Martin has introduced the uncrewed S-70UAS U-Hawk, a version of the UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter.
The development, announced on October 13, transforms a military airframe into an uncrewed multi-mission system.
- Converted from a UH-60L Black Hawk in under a year by Sikorsky.
- Features a new fly-by-wire control system and Sikorsky’s MATRIX autonomy technology.
- Offers 25% more cargo capacity than the standard crewed helicopter.
