Condo Fire Under Investigation in Moneta
A condo fire is currently under investigation, according to the Moneta Volunteer Fire Department.
Engine 8 and Truck 8 were operating on a working fire in Franklin County alongside units from Franklin County Fire & EMS and Smith Mountain Lake Marine Fire Rescue.
Initial reports indicated a fire on the roof of the Bridgewater Condos, but it was quickly brought under control, resulting in minimal damage to the structure.
No injuries were reported, and no residents have been displaced, according to firefighters.
The Franklin County Fire Marshal’s Office is currently investigating the fire.
