Infant Death Leads to Murder Charge
A 5-month-old baby, Ameira Reynolds, died after being hospitalized with critical injuries. Glenn McIntosh, a Madison Township man, has been charged with murder.
According to authorities, medics were called to the 4000 block of Willard Brook Road on Monday after reports of an infant having trouble breathing. Upon arrival, the baby was found to be limp.
[The mother] took the baby to the hospital, was frantically texting the defendant, trying to figure out what happened to her child. He was not responding.
Medical examination revealed that Reynolds had sustained injuries inconsistent with the initial explanation provided. As a result, McIntosh is facing murder charges, with a $2M bond set.
