New Apartment Building Opens in Brockville
A brand new four-storey apartment building has opened on Bartholomew Street in Brockville, welcoming its first tenants in September.
The 52-unit building, managed by ARCA Property Management, had its grand opening event for local officials and community partners.
We finished the build at the end of August and we were ready to occupy in September, where we had the first 15 people move in.
The building offers a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, with only eight units left to rent, comprising studio and one-bedroom apartments.
