A recent survey found that while many employers use artificial intelligence, few provide training for employees at the contributor level.
According to a July BambooHR report, a growing number of employers have implemented or allowed the use of AI, but AI training for employees is still limited.
The need for such training is expected to increase over the next five years as AI continues to impact career development.
