The Williams Road Fire, spanning 321 acres, has been fully contained, according to the Texas A&M Forest Service.

As of 6:53 p.m. on Friday, the fire reached 100% containment. Earlier, at 8:59 p.m., it was reported to be 90% contained.

Burnet County officials confirmed that all fire was contained within the established perimeter, with no evacuations, closures, injuries, or structural damages reported.

A 5-mile temporary flight restriction was requested by the Texas A&M Forest Service to ensure safe working conditions for aircraft crews.

Helicopters were used to pick up waste from Inks Lake and drop it on the blaze, according to officials from Inks Lake State Park.

The fire did not reach Inks Lake State Park, as reported by officials.
