Steven McNamara, a native of Clonmel, has taken up the role of head chef at Bodega 1830, a trendy tapas restaurant and wine bar in the heart of Clonmel.
McNamara's passion for food is evident in his new role, where he is busy putting his own stamp on the eatery's eclectic menu of tapas dishes. He returned to Bodega 1830 in August, after working as head chef at Fota Restaurant in Cork's five-star Fota Island Resort Hotel for two years.
