However, few have taken the next step to achieve B Corp certification. Currently, only 36 law firms in the UK are certified out of 3,467 companies, including SA Law.

They are legally required to consider the impact of their decisions on workers, clients, suppliers, community, and the environment, rather than focusing solely on profit.

The Low Uptake Among Law Firms

Despite the benefits, it is unclear why so few law firms have applied for B Corp certification, with only a small fraction of the total number of certified companies in the UK being law firms.
