Warsaw Woman Arrested for Alleged Battery Causing Serious Injury
A Warsaw woman was arrested for allegedly committing battery, causing serious injury.
On report, Apartment 126, Warsaw, is charged with domestic battery causing serious injury, a level 5 felony.
On January 30, Kosciusko County Dispatch notified officers of a battery in Warsaw. When officers arrived, the suspect, later identified as McNeal, told officers that nobody cared about her and began to cry.
An officer spoke to the victim who said that there was an argument between McNeal and another woman. McNeal then allegedly lunged at the woman she had been arguing with. The victim said that she stepped between them.
McNeal then began dumping trash all over the room as she headed to the front door.
McNeal then grabbed the witness’s crotch area and squeezed. She then punched their crotch area with a closed fist.
The victim told the officer that the incident caused her pain.
