Rebecca Orwin's Debut Novel
Rebecca Orwin's debut middle-grade novel, The Monsters at the End of the World, was acquired by Puffin in a six-figure deal.
Orwin, a lifelong book-lover, studied for a Masters in Creative Writing before pursuing her author dreams. She landed an agent after writing five books and finally secured a deal with her sixth book.
“It didn’t feel very real,”
says Orwin, about the moment she landed the deal. Her novel will be published by Puffin in January, featuring black and white illustrations by Oriol Vidal.
