Attorney Weighs Options on Confession
The attorney for Lorenz Kraus, accused of killing his parents, has not decided whether to suppress his TV confession.
Lorenz Kraus allegedly killed his parents, Franz and Theresia Kraus, between July 2017 and September 2017, and buried their bodies in his backyard.
Kraus admitted to smothering his father and choking his mother in a television interview.
His attorney, Rebekah Sokol, is waiting for all discovery materials from prosecutors to make a decision on filing a motion to suppress the interview, citing concerns with the circumstances surrounding it.
