Manx Telecom and JT Group Merger Announcement
Manx Telecom Group and Jersey Telecom Group have agreed to merge, subject to regulatory approval.
The combined group will serve customers in the Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, and internationally, supported by CVC DIF.
