A partial collapse at Manchester's Alberton House during demolition has sparked a safety probe.
The 11-storey Alberton House demolition site on Bridge Street was involved in the incident, with scaffolding giving way and sending debris toward the River Irwell.
A fire engine attended the scene just after 2:50 pm, with a spokesperson stating,
