Furusato Takes Maiden Moto3 Victory at Sepang
Moto3's Grand Prix started later than scheduled due to an incident during the sighting lap involving Noah Dettwiler and Jose Antonio Rueda.
The incident led to a delay, with both riders taken to hospital by medical helicopter. The race start was pushed back until the helicopter returned.
Rueda was confirmed to be alert and awake in hospital with contusions and a suspected hand fracture.
CIP Green Power stated: "Our rider Noah Dettwiler was involved in a serious accident... He will need to undergo multiple surgeries. He is in good hands, and we kindly ask you to respect his privacy."
