The Property Data Trust Framework has secured £742,000 in government funding to revolutionize the homebuying and selling process.

The project, led by the Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC) and in partnership with the Open Property Data Association (OPDA) and Raidiam, aims to cut completion times by up to two-thirds.

The framework will enable 'sandbox' testing, establishing technical, regulatory, and security standards for large-scale adoption, and will digitize property data, enabling secure data sharing among parties involved in a transaction.
