Zeiss, a German optics and optoelectronics company, has selected the University of Galway as a reference site for its advanced microscopy and imaging technologies.
This partnership will enable the university to utilize groundbreaking imaging technology, hosting system demonstrations, training, and joint research initiatives with partners across Ireland and abroad.
The University of Galway will be home to the only Labs@Location in Ireland, featuring a unique combination of Zeiss' most advanced technologies in Europe, including microscopy tech for high-resolution investigations into tissue, cellular, and sub-cellular structures in health and disease.
