Powerclown's Daniel Whitmore, also known as Dicksee Di'anno and Dan Scum, spent time in prison in Japan before returning to Canada.
The band's guitarist, Sketchy Clown, aka Matt Fiorito, recently experienced the American jail system.
Despite the challenges, Powerclown is back and headlining a Halloween night gig and a November 1 gig at Vancouver's Waldorf.
