Tim David delivered a stunning performance on his home turf, helping Australia set India a target of 187 in their game-three Twenty20 match.
David scored 74 runs from 38 balls, including 5 sixes and 8 fours, after Australia were sent in to bat. He was supported by Marcus Stoinis, who scored a half-century.
He came to the crease with Australia 2-14 in the third over and made India pay for dropping him on 20.
David's impressive innings included two sixes from the spin of Axar Patel in the seventh over. He fell in the 13th over, caught on the long-off boundary off the medium pace of Shivan Dube.
Australia's total is defendable, thanks to the efforts of David and Stoinis.
