The year of 2025 is winding down to its final two months, and winter weather is on its way. The first frosts of the season have already been seen, and more are likely to follow.
The National Weather Service is running Winter Weather Preparedness Week, from today through Friday.

- Wednesday: focus on the effects of snow and good tips to remember
- Thursday: subject on extreme cold and wind chills, and what to do if you experience these for prolonged periods
