Little Rock Board of Directors Postpone Vote
The Little Rock Board of Directors meeting was set to discuss City of Little Rock Ward 2 Director Ken Richardson, who has not attended a board meeting in over a year due to health problems.
A resolution, introduced by Ward 5 Director Lance Hines, asked Richardson to resign from his seat. Hines stated:
I think it’s very unfortunate but it’s very obvious to me and the rest of, not only my constituents, but a lot of the constituents in Ward 2 that he’s not been able to fulfill his duties as a city director.
The vote was postponed as Richardson was not in attendance.
