Kris Jenner revealed she underwent a second facelift before turning 70, explaining it helped her feel like “the best version” of herself. The reality star and businesswoman celebrated her 70th birthday on November 5.
Jenner first drew attention earlier this year with a noticeably refreshed look at Lauren Sánchez’s bachelorette party. PEOPLE confirmed that the procedure was done by Dr. Steven Levine, a New York-based plastic surgeon.
“Natural-looking enhancements of the face, breasts, and body” is the specialty of Dr. Levine's Manhattan clinic, which offers various facial rejuvenation procedures, including full and short-scar facelifts.
Jenner underwent her first facelift in 2011, a journey documented on Keeping Up with the Kardashians. That procedure was performed by Dr. Garth Fisher, who also later operated on her daughter Kylie Jenner for breast augmentation.
In an August interview with Vogue Arabia, Jenner explained her decision for the facelift stemmed from a desire for self-improvement and renewal.
“I had a facelift about 15 years ago, so it was time for a refresh,” she said.
Kris Jenner’s second facelift before turning 70 reflects her focus on feeling renewed and embracing the best version of herself without altering her natural appearance.
